A 36-year-old Ottawa man was sentenced in a Grundy County case. The Morris Police Department said Jacob Kirby was involved in an accident that occurred at the intersection of Route 6 and Lisbon Road around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29th.
Kirby pled guilty to DUI, a class A misdemeanor and was placed on one year of conditional discharge. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Grundy County Jail.
At the time of the arrest, Kirby was wanted on two LaSalle County warrants.
