Our sister station WCSJ reports that the Minooka Police Department arrested a man for allegedly vandalizing property in the Minooka and Channahon areas.

Minooka Police Chief Justin Meyer said 24 year-old Benjamin Kraslen of Channahon allegedly spray painted the patio area, fence and brick wall of a business in the 500 block of Bob Blair Road in Minooka around 11:30 p.m. on November 29th.

Investigators were allegedly able to identify Kraslen as the suspect through surveillance video. Meyer also said Kraslen is accused of defacing the property of a liquor establishment in the 25000 block of Pheasant Lane in Channahon.

Meyer told WCSJ that Kraslen was picked up by the Channahon Police Department and was then turned over to Minooka Police.

Kraslen posted bond and was released.
