A 22-year-old Wilmington man was indicted by a Grundy County grand jury last week.
LeMelvin Jackson-Counsell Jr. was charged with unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, a class two felony.
He is accused of possessing a silver 2011 KIA Forte knowing it to have been stolen somewhere in Minooka on October 16th. The Minooka Police Department investigated the case. Jackson-Counsell is wanted a $50,000 arrest warrant for his role in the alleged incident.
