Two individuals from Pontiac could spend the next 40 years in prison for dealing drugs.

Livingston County court records show 43-year-old Josephine Pitchford and 39-year-old Rocky Daniels have been charged with unlawful delivery and possession of methamphetamine between 100 and 400 grams, both class X felonies.

The complaint alleges that Pitchford and Daniels sold and possessed more than 100 but less than 400 grams of meth in Pontiac on July 31st. Both individuals were arrested by the Pontiac Police Department on July 31st.

The complaint shows Daniels and Pitchford have an address in the 800 block of West North Street in Pontiac. They remain in the Livingston County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
