Ten more residents of Livingston County have tested positive for COVID-19 between September 12th and the 14th.
The Illinois Department of Corrections reported three of the new cases are at the Pontiac Correctional Center.
The individuals include two males in their 30’s and a male in his 50s, all of whom are recovering in isolation.
As of September 14th, the Livingston County Health Department has received 9,645 COVID-19 test results. Of that, 288 tests have been confirmed positive and the rest were negative.
257 people have recovered, 27 cases remain active, two cases are currently hospitalized, and four people have died due to complications related to COVID-19.
Of those individuals who have tested positive, 36 were asymptomatic at the time of testing.
