The Grundy County State’s Attorney’s Office has released the following felony grand jury indictments. The public is advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Michael Rich, 49, of Morris, was indicted for the unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials, a class 2 felony; and for the unlawful use of property, a class 2 felony. Kourtney Stevens, 39, of Joliet, was indicted for the unlawful possession of oxycodone, a class 4 felony. Justin Trout, 41, of Fort Madison, Iowa, was indicted for driving while revoked, a class 4 felony. 

John Vandandingham, 47, of Tinley Park, was indicted for aggravated DUI, a class 2 felony. Teneka Johnson, 45, of South Holland, Illinois, was indicted for forgery, a class 3 felony; and for retail theft, a class 3 felony. Michael Naughton, 18, of Morris was indicted for armed robbery, a class X felony; aggravated robbery, a class 1 felony; and for the possession of a stolen firearm, a class 2 felony. 

Jonathon Newtson, 29, of Joliet, was indicted for the unlawful possession of hydrocodone, a class 4 felony. Frank Osborne, 26, of Coal City, was indicted for the unlawful possession of heroin, a class 4 felony. Steven Estebanez, 38, of Diamond, was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a class 4 felony. Russell Farr, 40, of Morris, was indicted for the unlawful possession of oxycodone, a class 4 felony. 

Joseph Grosshauser, 42, of Lombard, was indicted for the unlawful possession of heroin, a class 4 felony. Anita Humphrey, 61, of Chicago Heights, was indicted for forgery, a class 3 felony; and for retail theft, a class 3 felony. Leemelvin Jackson Counsell Jr., 22, of Wilmington, was indicted for the unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, a class 2 felony.
