A 42-year-old Pontiac man is facing an escape charge in Livingston County.

In May of 2019, Scott Millis was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge and 26 days in the Livingston County Jail on the charge of driving on a revoked license, a class four felony.

According to a criminal complaint, the escape charge alleges that Millis having been convicted of the previous aforementioned felony failed to report to the Livingston County Jail for his sentence on June 7th of 2019.

The escape charge is a class three felony. Millis remains free on bond and is due in court next month.
