From the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department arrested was 27-year-old Nicholas Martiniak for DUI. He posted a $100 bond and has a court date on January 6th. Also arrested was Addison Shannon, 25, of Morris for retail theft. He posted a $150 bond and has a court date on December 9th.

From the Morris Police Department arrested was Daniel Peak, 38 for DUI. He posted a $100 bond and has a court date on December 30th. Also arrested was Zach Cortright, 30, of Morris for Aggravated DUI and driving while license suspended. He was transported to the Grundy County Jail. Also arrested was John Beveridge Jr., 38, of Morris for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. He was transported to the Grundy County Jail. Also arrested was Gavin Stephens, 18, of Morris for battery. He posted bond and was released.

From the Minooka Police Department arrested was Patrick Gleason, 57, of Minooka for driving while license suspended. He posted bond and was released. From the Coal City Police Department arrested was Harold Hogan, 39 for Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding Police and DUI. He was transported to the Grundy County Jail.

From the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Department arrested was Michael Mertens, 58, of Marseilles for DUI, improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol. He posted bond and was released. Also arrested was Daina Mertens, 58, of Marseilles for obstructing justice, littering and illegal transportation of alcohol. She posted bond and was released.
