From the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department arrested was Nicholas Luberda, 28, of Morris for failing to appear in court on the charge of driving while license suspended. He posted a $375 bond and has a court date on January 7th. Also arrested was 35-year-old Brandon Arnold for driving while license suspended. He posted a $150 bond and has a court date on January 7th. Also arrested was 29-year-old Marcus Guzman for DUI. He was transported to the Grundy County Jail.

From the Morris Police Department arrested was 59-year-old Raymond James for aggravated DUI and driving while license suspended. He was transported to the Grundy County Jail. The Illinois State Police arrested 28-year-old Michael Martinez-Pedraza for DUI. He posted an I-bond and has a court date on January 7th.
