An Odell could man could spend the next 450 years in prison if convicted on all charges he is facing in Livingston County. Sean Sullivan was charged with Solicitation for Murder for Hire, a class X felony on November 18th. The 29-year-old allegedly paid money to a third party with the agreement the third party would kill another individual.
Sullivan, who has been in custody at the Livingston County Jail on a separate sex case, allegedly committed the solicitation for murder for hire sometime between October 23rd and October 28th.
Livingston County Sheriff Tony Childress said all parties involved in this case have been notified and there is no danger to the public at this time. Due to the nature of the case, the intended victims’ names will not be released.
In the sex case, Sullivan is facing ten related sex charges. Sullivan is accused of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13 somewhere in the Livingston County area. Sullivan remains in the Livingston County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
