A Grundy County grand jury indicted a Morris man who has five prior DUI convictions.
Timothy Graesslin was charged with two counts of Aggravated DUI with five priors, both class X felonies; Aggravated DUI while having at least four priors, a class one felony and Aggravated DUI, a class two felony.
The 60-year-old Graesslin was arrested by the Morris Police Department for DUI, having unsafe equipment, driving while license revoked, transporting open alcohol, and driving without insurance.
This comes after a traffic stop was conducted on Route 47 in Morris on November 29th. The indictment shows that Graesslin has at least five prior DUI convictions. He was released after posting a $300 bond.
Graesslin was arrested by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office earlier this morning on a Grundy County warrant.
Graesslin remains in the Grundy County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
