A Grundy County grand jury last week indicted a local man on three charges.
Timothy McDonald, 36, of Morris was charged with theft, a class two felony; the unlawful possession of cannabis between 500 and 2000 grams with the intent to deliver, a class two felony and the unlawful possession of cannabis between 500 and 2000 grams, a class three felony.
The charges alleged that McDonald possessed between 500 and 2000 grams of cannabis with the intent to deliver somewhere in Grundy County on August 7th. He also allegedly knowingly possessed items, which had a value over $500 that were stolen from Farm & Fleet.
Grundy County court records show McDonald was arrested by local authorities on August 8th and posted a $30,000 bond the following day. His next court date is on September 12th. The Will County Police Assistance Team and Illinois State Police investigated this case.
