A Grundy County grand jury indicted a Morris man on four gun charges last week.
Ronald Johnson Jr., was charged with three counts of Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, all class four felonies and Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, a class A misdemeanor.
The 20-year-old is accused of possessing a .40 caliber handgun in his vehicle and had not been issued a current valid license under the Firearm Concealed Carry Act and did not have a valid FOID card.
Johnson is accused of possessing the handgun when he was arrested for speeding by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office on September 12th.
He is currently wanted on a $10,000 Grundy County arrest warrant.
