Several individuals were indicted by a Grundy County grand jury on Wednesday, October 6th. Vernon Howard, 44, of Diamond was indicted on two counts of Aggravated Domestic Battery, both class two felonies. Jordan Curran, 26, of Joliet was indicted for the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a class four felony.

Thomas Manion Jr., 25, of Channahon was indicted for Aggravated Battery To a Police Officer, a class two felony. Chris Russell, 24, of Plainfield was indicted for the unlawful possession of MDMA, a class four felony. Lorena Hernandez, 30, of Denver, Colorado was indicted for the unlawful possession of less than five grams of meth, a class three felony.

Josh Medved, 25, of Coal City was indicted for Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding Police, a class four felony. Richard Ambrogio, 41, of Coal City was indicted for Aggravated DUI, a class two felony and three counts of Aggravated DUI, all class four felonies. Laura Edler, 41, of Coal City was indicted for Aggravated DUI, a class two felony and on three counts of Aggravated DUI, all class four felonies.

Sterling Washington, 38, of Joliet was indicted for burglary, a class two felony. Bridget Price, 30, of Morris was indicted for the unlawful possession of less than five grams of meth, a class three felony. Martin Marling, 37, of Joliet was indicted for Traveling To Meet a Child, a class three felony and on two counts of Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding Police, both class four felonies. Kristin Shannon, 30, of Morris was indicted for the unlawful possession of less than five grams of meth, a class three felony.

Robert Hudson, 23, of Dwight was indicted for the unlawful possession of heroin, a class four felony. Scott Smierciak, 24, of Minooka was indicted for Aggravated Battery to a Child, a class three felony. Zachary Barry, 28, of Lombard was indicted for the unlawful possession of a stolen license plate, a class two felony; unauthorized use of a license plate and driving while license revoked, both class four felonies and unlawful display of a license plate, a class A misdemeanor. Emily Miles, 22, of Wilmington was indicted on four counts of Aggravated DUI, all class four felonies.
