A man with a history of DUI convictions was arrested by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department on November 13th.
In early November, John Vanlandingham, 47, of Tinley Park was charged with Aggravated DUI while having two prior convictions, a class two felony.
The Grundy County Sheriff’s Department arrested Vanlandingham for DUI and improper lane usage near the area of Cemetery Road and Hansel Road on October 13th. After his arrest in October, Vanlandingham was released on bond.
In a Grundy County courtroom this week, Judge Rob Marsaglia granted a motion to lower Vanlandingham’s bond from $50,000 to $25,000, which he has posted.
