A 34-year-old Minonk man was arrested for allegedly stabbing another person at a house party on Monroe Street in Flanagan at 11:16 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23rd.
Livingston County Sheriff Tony Childress said dispatch relayed that there was a large house party and that someone had been stabbed at the residence. Investigation revealed there was a house party with approximately 15 to 20 people in attendance.
Sometime before the 911 call, a fight ensued and Bernando Johnson allegedly stabbed another person with a knife. Childress said the victim was transported to OSF St. James Hospital in Pontiac and later transferred to OSF St. Francis Hospital in Peoria.
Childress advised the victim has been released from the hospital after being treated for a single stab wound. Johnson was charged with Aggravated Battery and his bond was set at $15,000.
