A Grundy County grand jury last week indicted a LaSalle County man for possessing cannabis.
David Haskins, 70, of LaSalle was charged with unlawful possession of more than 500 grams, but less than 2,000 grams of cannabis, a class three felony.
The Illinois State Police arrested Haskins in Grundy County for the unlawful possession of cannabis during a traffic stop last October.
During the stop, Haskins allegedly possessed more than 500 grams, but less than 2,000 grams of cannabis.
After the indictment, Haskins was arrested on a Grundy County warrant and later released after posting a $10,000 bond. He is due in court on June 27th.
