Illinois State Police District 5 released their enforcement figures for the month of June.
ISP District 5 Commander Captain David Schneider said troopers in the district, which includes Grundy, Kendall and Will counties, answered 800 calls for service and initiated 3,150 incidents in the field during the month.
In addition, enforcement figures totaled 2,160 citations and 1,414 written warnings, including 1,123 speeding citations, 39 DUIs, 311 seatbelt citations, 302 written warnings for speeding and 16 criminal arrests.
Troopers also assisted 441 motorists, conducted 862 Motor Carrier inspections and investigated 297 traffic crashes.
There was one fatal crash during the month of June, resulting in 1 fatality.
