The Grundy County State’s Attorney’s Office has released the following felony grand jury indictments. The public is advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Jermaine Sutton, 43, of Auburn, Washington, was indicted for the unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a class 3 felony; and for the unlawful possession of MDMA, a class 4 felony. Ryan Walls Jr., 19, of Channahon, was indicted for the unlawful possession of clonazepam and alprazolam, both class 4 felonies. Kenny Wise, 60, of Appleton, Wisconsin, was indicted for the unlawful possession of more than 5 cannabis sativa plants, a class 4 felony.

Corey Parnell, 50, of Chicago, was indicted for the unlawful possession of oxycodone, a class 4 felony. Tremaine Perry, 26, of Minooka, was indicted for the unlawful possession of weapons by a felon, a class 2 felony. Wendy Sanders, 35, of Columbia, Missouri, was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a class 4 felony. Brian Schoneck, 42, of Morris, was indicted for driving while revoked, a class 4 felony. Tyler Schuld, 28, of Bloomingdale, was indicted for the unlawful possession of heroin, a class 4 felony. 

Chris Clark, 31, of Minooka, was indicted in two counts for driving while suspended, both class 4 felonies. Kevin Friend, 53, of Coal City, was indicted for driving while revoked, a class 4 felony. Danielle Gash, 25, of Peoria, was indicted for the unlawful possession of alprazolam, a class 4 felony. Gloria Harris, 56, of Chicago, was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a class 4 felony. Casey Lewis, 36, of Emington, was indicted for the unlawful possession of alprazolam and cocaine, both class 4 felonies.
