The Grundy County Circuit Clerk’s Office has released the following felony grand jury indictments. Brian Shaw, 28, of Chicago was indicted for driving while license revoked, a class four felony. Corey Nobles, 51, of Joliet was indicted for driving while license revoked, a class four felony. Daniel Swore, 59, of Port Charlotte, Florida was indicted on two counts of Aggravate DUI/Death, both class two felonies.

Daniel Chavez, 21, of Chicago on two counts of retail theft, both class two felonies. John Brown Jr., 32, of Hazel Crest was indicted for burglary, a class three felony. Tate McNair, 41, of Yorkville for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a class four felony.

Mariano Verucchi, 19, of Peru was indicted on two of Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding Police, both class four felonies. Angela Petty, 38, of Morris was indicted for driving while license revoked, a class four felony. Randall Scalf, 66, of Newark was indicted for driving while license revoked, a class four felony. Carl Vanderpohl, 43, of Dwight was indicted for driving while license revoked, a class four felony.

Jeremy Pappas, 32, of Chicago was indicted for Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, a class four felony. Alfredo Aguilar, 52, of Joliet was indicted for driving while license revoked, a class four felony. Eva Saenz, 22, of Morris was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a class four felony. Chris George, 34, of Decatur was indicted for driving while license revoked, a class four felony. Richard Peters, 27, of Elwood for Aggravated DUI, a class two felony.
