The Grundy County State's Attorney's Office has released the following felony grand jury indictments. Grundy County State's Attorney Jason Helland said the public should be advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Donald Ballard, 22, of Braidwood, was indicted for residential burglary, a class 1 felony.

Donald Bauer, 48, of Seneca, was indicted for aggravated battery, a class 3 felony.

David Haskins, 70, of La Salle, was indicted for the unlawful possession of more than 500 but less than 2,000 grams of cannabis, a class 3 felony.

Casey Kloeckner, 22, of Braidwood, was indicted for residential burglary, a class 1 felony.

Kevin Mabe, 27, of Braidwood, was indicted for residential burglary, a class 1 felony.

Ander Mello, 29, of Morris, was indicted for aggravated battery to a nurse, a class 3 felony.

Tejay Mihal, 30, of Lake Station, Indiana, was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine and heroin, both class 4 felonies.

Alex Murphy, 21, of Braidwood, was indicted for residential burglary, a class 1 felony.

Alexander Plasko, 19, of Lititz, Pennsylvania, was indicted for the unlawful possession of more than 100 but less than 500 grams of cannabis, a class 4 felony.

Randy Roth, 50, of Morris, was indicted for the unlawful violation of an order of protection, a class 4 felony.

Adam Seliga, 30, of Joliet, was indicted for the unlawful possession of psilocybin, a class 4 felony.

Colin West, 25, of Gardner, was indicted for the unlawful possession of heroin and alprazolam, both class 4 felonies.

Matthew Zak, 19, of Plainfield, was indicted for the unlawful possession of MDMA, a class 4 felony.
