Several people were indicted by a Grundy County grand jury on February 5th. Logan Johnston, 18, of Maynardville, Tennessee was indicted for the unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, a class two felony. Edwin Medina, 37, of Chicago was indicted for driving while license revoked, a class four felony.

Jordan Letasi, 26, of Morris was indicted for the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a class four felony. Michael Labarbera, 23, of Roselle was indicted for failing to report an accident involving personal injury or death, a class two felony; three counts of Aggravated Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and one count of Aggravated Leaving the scene involving personal injury, all class four felonies.  

Gavin Justice, 39, of Plainfield was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a class four felony. Loren Lee, 54, of Stillwater, Oklahoma was indicted for the unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, a class two felony. Kole Fischer, 18, of Morris was indicted for residential burglary, a class one felony. Zach Weathersby, 19, of Morris was indicted for domestic battery, a class four felony.

Steven Guajardo, 22, of Morris was indicted for the unlawful possession of alprazolam, a class 4 felony. Levolia Pointer, 38, of Ottawa was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a class 4 felony. Ryan Tidwell, 26, of Coal City was indicted for the unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, a class 2 felony, and for aggravated fleeing or attempt to elude a peace officer, a class 4 felony. Colin Tucker Jr, 20, of Morris, was indicted for residential burglary, a class 1 felony.
