The Grundy County State’s Attorney’s Office has released the following felony grand jury indictments. The public is advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Morris Jackson,39, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was indicted for the unlawful possession of more than 400 but less than 900 grams of cocaine with the intent to deliver, a class X felony. Steff Nichols, 30, of Coal City, was indicted in three counts for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, all class X felonies. Brian Robbins, 18, of Morris, was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a class 4 felony.
John Beveridge Jr., 38, of Morris, was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine and hydrocodone, both class 4 felonies. Susan Day, 55, of Morris, was indicted for theft of more than $500, a class 3 felony. Harold Hogan, 39, of Coal City, was indicted for aggravated driving while under the influence, a class 2 felony; and for aggravated fleeing and attempt to elude a police officer, a class 4 felony.
Eduardo Salazar, 24, of Joliet, was indicted for the unlawful possession of clonazepam, a class 4 felony; and for the aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, a class 4 felony.
