The Grundy County State’s Attorney’s Office has released the following felony grand jury indictments.

The public should be advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Margaret Long, 36, of Chicago, was indicted for the unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a class 3 felony. Dallas McGaughy, 20, of Joliet, was indicted for the unlawful possession of MDMA, a class 4 felony. David Ocon, 41, of Chicago, was indicted for driving while suspended, a class 4 felony. Robert Phillips, 36, of St. Louis, was indicted for driving while revoked, a class 4 felony.

Ashleigh Smith, 34, of Montegue, California, was indicted for the unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a class 3 felony. Joseph Tomasello, 45, of Blue Anchor, New Jersey, was indicted for the unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a class 3 felony. Yovano Vasquez, 28, of Chicago, was indicted for aggravated driving under the influence, driving while revoked, and fleeing or attempt to elude police, all class 4 felonies.
