The Grundy County State’s Attorneys’ Office has released the following felony grand jury indictments. The public is advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Louis Barnes, 45, of Morris was indicted in two counts for aggravated driving while under the influence, both class 4 felonies. Jonathon Brandom, 19, of Minooka was indicted for the unlawful possession of MDMA, a class 4 felony. Sebastian Contreras, 21, of Joliet, was indicted for the unlawful possession of psilocybin, a class 4 felony.

Terry Crawford, 35, of Morris, was indicted for aggravated driving while under the influence, a class 2 felony; unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, a class 2 felony; and for aggravated battery, a class 3 felony. Donya Dillard, 24, of Joliet, was indicted for domestic battery, a class 4 felony. Bryan Luvianos, 21, of Joliet, was indicted for the unlawful possession of psilocybin, a class 4 felony.

Kelly Martin, 39, of Diamond, was indicted for the unlawful possession of heroin, a class 4 felony. Edgar Mendez, 30, of Spring Valley, was indicted for the unlawful possession of oxycodone and buprenorphine, both class 4 felonies. Matthew Murphy II, 46, of New Lenox, was indicted for aggravated driving while under the influence, a class 2 felony; and for aggravated driving while under the influence, a class 4 felony. Marcus Washington, 42, of Morris, was indicted for domestic battery, a class 4 felony.
