More details have been released regarding severe storms that hit our listening area on Tuesday afternoon.
The National Weather Service said there is no conclusive evidence of any tornadoes that came from the storms.
They said some areas had golf ball size hail and 60 to 80 mile per hour wind gusts. Utility poles, trees, and trees on structures came from the powerful winds that occurred from Lisbon and Morris to Minooka and Channahon.
Minooka Village Administrator Dan Duffy spoke with WCSJ.
Duffy explains what the next step will be.
The electricity has been restored for nearly 95 percent of those impacted.
