A Dwight woman was sentenced in a Livingston County court case.
Betty Sassenger pled guilty to DUI and received two years of court supervision and must serve 150 hours of community service.
The 62-year-old Sassenger must also receive alcohol treatment and pay more than $1,900 in fines and fees.
The Dwight Police Department said a vehicle driven by Sassenger went off the roadway and struck a fire hydrant in the area of West James Street and Odell on Road January 24th of 2020.
No injuries were reported.
