A 30-year-old Channahon man struck a plea deal with the Will County State’s Attorney Office on June 3rd.
Minooka Police Chief Justin Meyer said they received a complaint that a TV valued at $2,180 was missing from a residence in the 200 block of San Carlos Road on November 29th of 2017.
Throughout the investigation, it was determined James Robinson provided a service at that residence.
On January 19th of 2018, Meyer said a search warrant was conducted at Robinson’s residence where the missing TV was located.
Robinson pled guilty to Theft between $500 and $10,000, a class three felony and was placed on 30 months probation. He was also given credit for serving six days in the Will County Jail.
