An out-of-state man is facing several felony drug charges in Livingston County.
Max Troung, 41, of El Monte, California has been charged with delivering between 15 and 100 grams of methamphetamine, a class X felony; unlawful possession of meth between 15 and 100 grams, a class one felony; unlawful delivery of cannabis, a class three felony and the unlawful possession of cannabis, a class four felony.
According to a complaint, Troung is accused of selling and possessing between 15 and 100 grams of meth as well as between 30 and 500 grams of cannabis somewhere in Livingston County on July 30th.
Livingston County court records show Troung was pulled over by the Illinois State Police for speeding 15 to 20 miles above the posted speed limit in Livingston County on July 30th. Troung remains in the Livingston County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
