The second of four individuals who allegedly burglarized a house in Gardner in May has been sentenced.
Grundy County records show Kevin Mabe, 28, of Gardner was sentenced to 18 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections on the charge of criminal trespass to a residence, a class four felony.
Mabe, who has two prior prison terms, was given credit for serving 126 days in the Grundy County Jail.
In August, Casey Kloeckner, 22, of Braidwood pled guilty to Residential Burglary, a class one felony and received five years of TASC probation.
The court case for Alex Murphy, 31, of Braidwood is pending and 23-year-old Donald Ballard is wanted on a warrant by law enforcement for his alleged role in the incident.
