A major drug dealer could have his bond lowered. Ryan Linn, 39, of Mazon, has been charged with the manufacture and delivery of heroin between 100 and 400 grams as well as between 15 and 100 grams of cocaine, both class X felonies and unlawful delivery of cannabis.
The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Mazon Police Department, Will County Cooperative Police Assistance Team and the Metropolitan Area Narcotics Unit arrested Linn at an apartment complex in the 500 block of Depot Street in Mazon on December 19.
This comes after a search warrant was executed as a result of a long investigation. More than 340 grams of heroin, 21 grams of crack cocaine, 22 grams of powder cocaine and several controlled substances were seized. Linn has pleaded not guilty to the charges and will have a bond reduction hearing in front of Grundy County Judge Rob Marsaglia on January 14.
Linn remains in the Grundy County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
