The Braidwood Police Department this week arrested an alleged drug dealer.
Martin Devalois, 35, of Braidwood has been charged with manufacturing and delivering heroin between 1 and 15 grams, a class one felony and unlawful possession of heroin, a class four felony. Investigators say Devalois is accused of selling the heroin at a location in Braidwood on August 27th.
He remains in the Will County Jail on a $250,000 bond. Will County court records also shows Devalois has four pending felony charges from 2016 case.
Devalois was sentenced to two years in prison for Aggravated Battery out of Will County in 2001; two years for possession of a controlled substance in 2005 and five years in prison for possessing between 15 and 100 grams of cocaine out of Will County in 2007.
