A Grundy County man is wanted by law enforcement for allegedly dealing drugs.
James Valencia, 42, of Morris was indicted by a Grundy County grand jury on Wednesday on the charge of unlawful delivery of heroin, a class two felony and unlawful delivery of a look-alike substance, a class three felony.
The indictment alleges that Valencia sold less than one gram of heroin to an individual somewhere in Grundy County on July 12th of 2018.
He also allegedly sold the look-alike substance to an individual somewhere in Grundy County on July 23rd of 2018.
The Metropolitan Area Narcotics Squad investigated the case. A $50,000 arrest warrant has been issued for Valencia.
