Due to the Coronavirus, many area stores are seeing a shortage of supplies as people are buying the necessary items. Wal-Mart officials on Friday said they are dedicated to keeping stores stocked and prices fair.

They are working hard to replenish cleaning supplies, paper products, and other in-demand items as quickly as possible. Wal-Mart officials are also taking a firm stance against price gouging from third-party sellers and have ramped up cleaning efforts.

Stores are cleaned daily, with sanitizing solutions used in high-touch, high-traffic areas. Meanwhile, Aldi officials say they are focused on the products you are likely to want most: water, pantry staples, pre-made meals, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and more.
