A Grundy County grand jury this week indicted a Shorewood man for stealing thousands of dollars worth of concrete.
Joseph Serena was charged with Theft between $10,000 and $100,000, a class two felony.
The 59-year-old is accused of ordering concrete having a value between $10,000 and $100,000 from Grundy Redi Mix in Morris and then not paying for it.
The theft occurred sometime between April and May of 2019.
The Morris Police Department investigated the case and Serena is wanted on a $30,000 arrest warrant in Grundy County.
